Where is the home located?

The home is located in the Southwest area of Las Vegas, NV. Please see the About page here to see the area map.

What is the cost of rent?

Rent is billed month-to-month at a rate of $650 per month. There is a one-time intake fee of $50 due prior to move-in. To move in a total of $700 (rent & one-time non-refundable intake fee) is required.

How can I pay my rent?

Rent can be paid with cash, certified cashiers check, or through Zelle (payment number will be provided.)

Are there any rules or requirements?

To be fully transparent - prior/upon moving in - the interested resident will need to pass a 12 panel Urine Analysis (UA) test and Alcohol Breathalyzer (AB) test.

Once moved in, residents will be be expected to follow all rules outlined in the resident packet.

Residents are required a mandatory sponsor, and to attend 90 meetings in 90 days, while working a 12 step program. Residents are required to maintain a job, continue education, perform volunteer work, or develop sober hobbies.

There will be an expectation for residents to pass random weekly UA/AB tests while living in the home, and to respect the curfew given.

To help cultivate a nurturing home, all residents will attend a weekly house meeting, and contribute to housework.

What does this process look like?

  • First, Inquire through contact form or by calling number provided.

    This is the first step in the process. Reach out to share your information with us. It is during this initial contact that we can establish what the next steps are before entering home.

  • Next, pay intake fee + first months rent, pass a 12 panel UA & AB test.

    Prior to moving into the home, all interested residents must pass a 12 panel Urine Analysis & Alcohol Breathalyzer test. During this time of testing we will collect payment for $50 one-time, non-refundable intake fee and first months rent of $650 - total of $700 paid through Zelle, cash, or certified cashiers check.

  • Then, Move in & begin your journey to recovery.

    You will be allowed to move into the home once you have completed the previous step. Upon move-in you will sign your Resident packet, and meet with your house manager to discuss your unique journey to recovery.
